My rear view mirror will hold in position just fine but has a lot of loose play when using the garage door opener. Anyone know how to tighten? Couldn’t find a 200 specific thread on this.

I hope someone chimes in on this. Mine does the same thing and I don’t see a way to tighten it.

I just did a search and found this:
“On my 2018, the plastic portion that covers the bolt and electronics are 2 parts. The upper portion, you pull towards the mirror and pull up and it will come right out. That should give you access to the single torx(?) bolt that tightens the rear view mirror. The lower and larger plastic portion doesn't need to come out if I recall, but if you want to remove it, just push it down following the angle of the windshield and the clips should come undone pretty easily. All of this is fresh in my mind since I just installed a dash cam a few days ago”

Put a little blue loctite on the threads.
Just don’t go ham on the screw.. you can pop the metal lug off the windshield if you tighten it too much. Repairable, but a bit difficult to get right.

Has anybody replaced their rearview mirror with a wolf box digital and put a camera underneath?
FYI a Torx T20 is the correct size to tighten the mirror bolt. Assuming 2014 and 2018 have the same mirror. Mine was loose - now it’s good to go - no loctite required.
I have installed wolfbox mirrors in both of our 200s.
Did you do the bumper cam too?
Yes. Mounted inside at the top of the rear glass. Mount is screwed into the plastic trim. Stays clean and rear wiper reaches up there.
Run the wiring along the bottom. Sill plates pop up pretty easy and wires can be tucked under the B pillar and rear panel. Wiring then tucks well up to the headliner and out to the existing grommet and flex conduit to the hatch. Hatch trim pops off pretty easy as well.
