Wanted Looking for the right FJ40 to Buy

Have been looking for an FJ40 v8 conversion (vortec preferred) to purchase. Things I would like are an aluminum tub (not absolute, but preferred), disc brakes, PS, AC, hard top not necessary, prefer an NV-4500 auto transmission. Any alteration must be professionally done. Any or all of the things above are not deal killers as I plan on having Proffitts complete the rig for me.

Please let me know what you got, or know of. Any help will be greatly appreciated

I have a 1978 FJ40, 350 small block, 700r4 Automatic, PS, disc brakes, rear heat. Frame and body have no rust (professional frame off in 2006), interior and exterior are stock. Car is Colorado emissions certified (air pump). Runs very good, have dyno results and reciepts for all the work I have had done. I posted it on 2/1/10 . Mud name is Elkoholic.
