Looking For: light welding (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,
Before I get pulled over for not having a visible license plate, I'm looking for someone to make me a steel relocator bracket. I don't have access to a welder. I could probably rig something up with aluminum stock and rivets but I'd rather not.

I'm just thinking of a square frame with 4 holes to mount the plate, and a boom arm that I could bolt onto the carrier making it stick out to the right or left of the tire.

I'll be looking for a while, so no worries if there are no takers right now. Hopefully I'll have a welder sometime next year.
