Let’s assume good condition but I haven’t gotten eyes on it yet (I live on an island).

Clean auto check.

Sometimes low miles is not so good either. Is the vehicle located in a big city? Is it from an area where there is salted roads during winter ? You can join Lexus owners website and add the vin to see the vehicle maintenance history if it was serviced at a dealer.

Logistics I'm sure are more complicated up there, but if you can get it to the Lexus dealer in Anchorage without a lot of fuss, have them do a pre-purchase inspection. Should cost a couple hundred but very worthwhile for a vehicle out of warranty.
