Looking for a Pull Pal

I know this thing isn't that common, but wondering if anyone has one they could lend to
me or sell.

Didn't know what this was - I always thought they were called sand anchors. Now that I've looked them up they wouldn't be all that difficult to fabricate.

Bending the 'shovel' could be done at metal mart in langley.

I might take a few orders for these if I build a prototype

I've thought about making one for a while but I have not been able to justify it (for myself). Only once Sopel and I got stuck in a place where it possibly would have helped. Burring a tire is more time consuming but works and doesn't require the additional weight of one of these, just a suggestion as an alternative.
Out of curiosity, What kind of terrain are you getting into that you need one?

Yukon, and a couple of the outlying roads along the way. Solo trip, just covering bases. I have a guy who
is a boat person, might lend me an anchor. I don't have time to fab anything up. I get home for maybe 5 days
before I want to go, and since I'm not home when I'm at work I have no evenings to prepare like everyone else.

Ah, on a solo trip up there I can see why it would be a good piece of mind. If you can't get one, lots of straps and worst case bury the spare tire. Another trick that would work as long as the body doesn't interfere is:

I've seen that tractor before, what do they say 'necessity is the mother of all inventions' or something. It is funny
to watch. I've been offered one boat anchor so far for $50. I'm keeping my options open.
