Looking For a Local Engine Rebuilder in Southern California

I own a 1994 Toyota Pickup with a 22RE and 150k miles. I would very much appreciate it if someone could recommend a reputable local engine rebuilder in Los Angeles and/or Orange county. Worst case scenario, I am willing to drive as far as the Inland Empire, Ventura, Riverside and San Diego County. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

In San Fernando, CA: Eddings Engine Rebuilders. The boss is Jerry. Prior experience with 22RE. Large machine shop in the building. Original quote for mine was $2700 or so(including R&R, clutch), but it went over budget as my block and head were not reuseable. Overall I'm satisfied with the service, ymmv.

Call Mark's Offroad, he's a Land Cruiser guy, but I bet he'd know a good mini-truck shop in the area.
