Yes a mechanical fuel pump, oh and there is no such thing as a non fuel injected 3F Only a non fuel injected 3FE but that would then be a 3F So maybe there is no non fuel injected 3FE at all as all 3FE are fuel injected and all 3F were carbi

My head hurts now, but to make it worse my 2F-E has a mechanical pump

Sorry to bring back a dead thread. I have a dumb question. What is the large black pipe in this photo that opens to the head of the engine. I just picked up a 91 FJ80 and I can't figure out what that thing is for?
