Looking 93 pickup insight

I currently have a '94 80 series and have been looking for a pickup to use for work (I'm a carpenter) so my 80 doesn't get thrashed hauling tools and materials. I found a stock '93 deluxe ext cab v6 4x4 manual on CL with 158,000 miles, ironically the same milage my 80 had when i bought it, that looks pretty clean from the pics.
I'm looking for any insight to concerns or considerations with this motor and tranny or truck in general that I should keep in mind when looking at this truck this Wednesday.

Find out if the head gaskets have been replaced. Other than that, it's a 20 year old truck with a lot of miles. Be prepared to fix stuff.

X2 on the headgaskets. I prefer the 22re over the V6 though since they're easier to work onand get better MPG.
