Can some one please explain to me, some philosophies and how these things work and what they do :hillbilly:

Longs: Short for Longfield, a way better than stock axle and birfield joint for solid front axled Toyota vehicles.

A pair of torsion bars is what's holding up the front of your 4Runner. They are a rod that's connected to the upper A arm and through rotational force act as the spring for your front end...

Uprights.... Something that's upright.... I don't know.... :D

A pretty good answer for a pretty vague question. :D

Thanks, I do what I can... :D

You gotta do better, I have 30 spline longs, I don't need torsion bars, but I'm dying to know the 411 on uprights

And no one will pre-approve me.
