 So it IS a Toyota radiator, but you got it from a local shop and they are replacing it free under warranty? That doesn't sound like a Toyota radiator to me, it sounds like a aftermarket one that's FOR a Toyota, but not made/sold by Toyota.

Yes vehicles with lockers kick a$$, opens up a whole nuther world of wheeling...

Well the guy I bought it from got it from Toyota, so I can only assume its a Toyota rad. I think I F'ed up when I took a mud bath a few months ago.

Victor,

I don't buy that it's a Toyota radiator or that it's new. My guess is as noted above - you got a rad FOR a Toyota. Or a used one, or...?? who knows. Just because someone got it from a Toyota dealer doesn't mean it is an OEM part - FYI (caveat emptor). It would make no sense for someone to have a new LandCruiser factory rad laying about considering what they go for ($$$).

Hmmm, I might be suspect with what it gets replaced with????
Cheers,

I'll double check this new radiator going in.

Just spoke with the guy, he inspected a little bit more and found that I still had mud from my mud bath at my last wheelin trip :crybaby: So I don't get a new rad but they will clean it out for me. I also wonder if my big ass Lightforce 240s are keeping alot of air from reaching the rad. Oh and he confirmed it was a Toyota OEM radiator.
