Alright guys, 1993 Surf LN130 Auto, 4WD won't engage. I know it's not the ADD system, I deleted that via manually sliding the collar to locked and securing it with a hose clamp, then looping the vacuum line to itself on the actuator to keep out gunk, and the ADD position sensor is plugged in and functional on the front of the diff. I am fairly certain it's an electrical issue with the electric transfer motor on the rear of the transfer case. I have tested that my 4WD switch functions properly with a multimeter, the 4WD ECU is getting power and ground, and no fuses are blown. The engagement sensor on the top of the Transfer motor has power and ground to it, so it's functioning. The only issue I need help with is the 5 pin connector that tells the motor to activate. I tested all the wires coming OFF of the chassis, female side, and the results were:

White/Black - Ground
Black/Yellow - Ground
Green/Orange - Ground
Pink/Green - No Reading. Neither +12V nor Ground
Yellow/Red - No Reading. Neither +12V nor Ground

Is there supposed to be +12V to either of those two wires? If yes, then I need to know where the source is to find my fault, if no, and they are merely pulse/signal wires, then my Transfer motor is fried. Solid assumption?
I have already looked at each wiring diagram on the Surf tech site for my answer to no avail. If anyone could provide some input, I'd appreciate it very much.

Alright, pulled apart the shift motor on the rear of the Transfer case and found the following:

1. It was nasty in there, not as bad as I've seen online though, so the water damage was minimal, the motor itself was still pristine.
2. The gears were all in working order, but the shaft leading into the case itself was difficult to push in but it engaged after some fiddling and I had full 4WD when I pushed it in by hand.
3. I left everything open, cleaned the three contacts, and held it so that I could see the double set of gears that connected to the input shaft while someone switched on 4WD. The motor turned on and rotated the worm gear and front gear as normal, but the rear two that connected to the input shaft didn't move.
4. When I pulled the main contact gear out and off the worm gear, I found that one of the locking arms on the spring assembly connecting all the gears had snapped, probably from someone accidentally putting it into 4WD while in motion.

So, the spring assembly that moves my input shaft is snapped, and in need of replacing. Does anyone know if this shift motor came on any other Toyota transfers, or if any other shift motors share the internals? If so, which ones? Thanks in advance.

You can see the shaft piece that was broken, which prevented the shaft from turning, some shots of the actuator itself, and my Transmission ID.
