There is plenty of room and everything is very close together

I'll call and see if we can "reserve" the blue areas in a bit. Anyone have an email for Mark so I can send him this just to make sure theres no confussion.

FYI for those not there in December, Yellow area was basically our area of operation

CA CAW!!!!!!

You shouldn't need both. Reserve the middle section and the one to the left and call it a day. That covers 4 rv's and all the tents. No need to reserve that other side too.

dontcha wanna?

There isn't an email address on the home page but you can send in your info under contact information and I guess he'll get back with you. I called yesterday but didn't speak to anyone, I left a message.

I had sent one of those, we'll see if I get anything back.
I'll give them a call in just a minute.

Please add another site to the reserved list :D if you speak to anyone.

I am concerned that since it is going to be such a big event the spaces may not be as plentiful as before.

Will do Ms. Jean.

I agree, thats why I really wanted to send the image and talk with them and convey to Mark what we have imagined. Because we don't want to monopolyse (spell?) too much space, but on the other hand I'm pretty sure we'll fill it up.

Another thought for everyone... instead of occupying the middle section with small trailers and tents we could use the area behind the 4 RV spots (which I believe is Mark's intended location for tents). We just might need longer extensions to the RV spots, and we can have out campfire/congrigation area behind the RVs

Sounds like a good plan to me...I'll keep reading the forum to follow the progress ;)

If we have to, we can pull the tent campers from the RV spots to make room for our Club Members. I can set my trailer up anywhere, thats the whole point. An outlet lets me run my fog machine and disco ball.

We can also put tents and primitive campers in the red box and still be very close

I say the middle section and the one spot to the left will be more than enough.

dontcha wanna?

Ok, first of all, Mark is hard to get in touch with right now as he has a lot going on at the park and this is not his full-time job as I understand it. We need to relax a little. Mark is going to accommodate us, I have no doubt. We are only expecting 30 - 40 rigs. As of right now we only have 12 people registered and around 6 or 7 "I'm in" people who have not registered. I don't think it is going to be an issue but I plan to talk to Mark as much as possible when we are there in early March. If you want to secure a spot, call him and leave him a message. I will confirm with him how many spots we have reserved when we are there for the pre-run. We will all be together in one area. However, I don't plan to put Clifford in the middle of our "city" as Deryl will claim that I keep everyone up at night with my snoring. I, on the other hand, would say that it's because you hooligans like to party til all hours and come and go during night wheeling adventures. I am old and want to be able to sleep so I will set up Clifford within walking distance of the "city". :hillbilly:

Is there water hookups at the rv sites?

John, the bear is always awake!

I believe most of the, are 50. Mark said he had adapters if your plug wasnt compatible. There are a few 15 amp in the middle, thats all i needed.

thanks that was what I needed to know then will bring my 50 amp splitter makes 8 additional 15 amp supply points:)

I'm sure Jonas mentioned it somewhere in here but we have picked up BajaRack as a Krawl sponsor. Along with what they are donating to the event they have also graciously offered a 10% discount to all LLK members from now until May 4, 2013. I will be sending an email shortly to everyone explaining how to get that discount. Please be sure to thank BajaRack and any of our other supporting vendors when you talk to them.
