Go for it John, you can't keep being a 'Cruiser fan without a 'Cruiser!

nice find. I guess I should buy that 85 Bj60 that I found. It would make a great doner drivetrain

Sure you can if you don't have the money. I could probably raise the $ if I sold my little boat and a few other things. However, then there is the cost of rebuild. The complaints about the eye sore in the driveway or back yard because I don't have the $ to make it look nice. :frown: Think I will wait a while.

Like I said, I may win one at Cruiser Days. :D However, I have always liked the lines of the Little Piggies. The scary blue paint on this one would have to go.

I sure do like window shopping and dreaming on Craigslist. :>)

Eye sore? How can you use those two words in reference to a LandCruiser?

Sacrilege!

Of course I would never use those two words. I have both a wife and neighbours who would.:D There are certain advantages to having a garage and/or a rural home.;)

Yeah, a fella can pee in his yard, so to speak.

The 69 patrol looks like a good project for a nissan guy.
1969 Nissan Patrol
It needs engine work so that makes it a good diesel swap candidate, comes with a spare eye sore parts rig, and it already has a bit of land cruiser parts thrown into the mix. Plus it looks to be in good shape.
For a nissan it looks kinda cool :flipoff2:.

Piggy is a better deal - especially for someone who is broke. :frown: Nissan Dealer in Calgary sold a driveable L60 on Ebay a while ago which was only used as a parking lot snow plow and tow vehicle. I think it went for just over $1700 to a US bidder. You could get a better condition SWB Safari with a TD4.2 over here for around $5000 which would be way more capable than the L60. Guys in the states like them because no one else has them and they sell for good money there.

Gonna have to send you to Catechism. John covers the As and Bs but not the Ps.

I think Jeff is suffering a Nissan temptation and is near to breaking a few Cruiser commandments.;p Wait till the TLCA Grand Inquisitor hears about this.

Careful John, I hear that CC has an inquisition going on regarding your infil-TRAITION into the Club. I hear heads are gonna roll... (-:
