Appreciate the help here. I recently had my 2013 GX460 lifted. Specs are: 2” Bilstein / SPC UCA / OEM LCA. 265/70/17 wildpeaks. I have a little sag on the rear end now. Kept the old springs so I assume that’s why. Should I replace them or just keep them original? I’d love input as to what to install next.

What kind of trails are you going to be doing? Any special considerations like heavy crosswinds or extra weight?

Do you have long term plans for outfitting that will add weight later on?

I plan on adding a steel rear bumper at some point and will go for springs then.

Consider what you'll usually be hauling.
I have the heaviest springs, but my rig is built as a fully equipped overlander. With it's built out, all steel armor, roof top tent, jerry cans, winch, etc. my vehicle rides as nice if not better than stock with my suspension setup.
So, long story short, consider what your needs are and that will determine what type of suspension.
You're welcome to list out all your planned uses for your GX here, and I know all the guy's/gals on this forum would be more than happy to pitch in their .02¢.
