In the garage.
I want to install the ToyTech life/level on my Tundra.
I kinda hate to do it cause it works so well as is.
But after talking to the gang at ToyTech they assure me it is designed to not alter front end geometry & not put stress on the front end & will out live the truck.
I know it is my decision ultimately, but would like your input.

With some help & a spring compressor I could do it. Or I could even pay to have it done. The truck need new struts in the front anyway.

Please share your thoughts with me & I'll pretend to value your opinions!

I didn't need a spring compressor. The kit I used was just spacers on top of the shock assy. The kit I used also dropped the diff.
It looks cool. It's kinda a pain to get in all the time. It might get worse if I end up with four new tires as I just might have to go to 305s to fill the wheel wells.

Toytec kit requires a spring compressor cause it replaces the preload part on top. Either way since in wanna replace the front struts I'll have to reuse my old springs.
Still running stock struts at 146,000 miles.

I just realized the title says "you're " instead of " your" like it should.
Damn auto correct.
Cannot edit the title so now I look like an illiterate dumb ass.
I may be an illiterate dumb ass, but I can blame auto correct & no one can prove I used the wrong word.
Even though it will be wrong on the inner- web for the rest of time I know you all will defend my good name if it ever comes up in conversation.
Thank you in advance for you're help!

HELL NO!

Leave it be. Put money into the 4runner.

I agree with John. I read somewhere that he is infallible, so he must know what he is talking about.

I believe it was a wise man that stated John was infallible, I mayhaps should listen to him after all.

By the way. This is a future thought. Like when I'm due for new tires, or hit the lottery.
No way I'm buying anything for any other vehicle till the 4runner is going again.

This is what happens when I start playing with the plastidip on my truck
