License plate surround gasket?

New member and first post - if I do something wrong let me know!

Torrential rain in NCAL surfaced a rear third brake light leak in my new to me 2006 LX470. Thanks to many many entries across this site for trouble shooting help - found it with foam and then saw it dripping inside the back window molding - pretty clear that was the issue.

In process of drying things out and have a question related to rear tailgate license surround. I've removed the back tailgate carpet, soaked cardboard backer which eventually helped me solve where it was coming from. The large surround around the license plate - on the tail gate exterior - does this have a gasket? Mines loose (rattles when I close the gate) and it's screwed in tight and now I'm wondering if there is a gasket that I might be missing?

Thanks for any help - I've tried searching parts diagrams but can't seem to get to the right place.

Oh also removed the plugs under the car that let the sloshing water out from underneath the cargo bed - was a bright spot in an otherwise bummer day smelling moldy carpet.

I don't know that it has a gasket but there are at least 4 plastic clips. Mine was rattling as well when I closed the back up so I went in to the dealer and had the parts guy rustle through some bins to find the clips. I think it still rattles a bit but its not too bad. Let me see if I can find #s or pics.

Edit: Sorry dude, I looked through my stuff and don't see the pictures.

Hey thanks for checking anyway! I'm pretty sure it probably doesn't based on all the burning man playa dust that was still dry that I found taking the tailgate carpet off but wanted to see.
