Rob, so sorry! You and your family have given her a great life. It is so very hard to let go, but you are doing what is best for her. Hang in there and treasure the memories.
I am really sorry for your loss. I just went through this a few weeks ago with my 11 year old rottie (my avatar), Boomer, so I know exactly what you feel. Remember the great times you shared and what she added to your life. Hang in there!
After having seen what you've done with a cruiser or two and noticing your sense of family it seems to fit that you'd have brought a new and better life to that dog, too.
