nice fleet ... love those 80's err LX450s ...

here's one of my FJC during the winter weather in December ... there are many years where its a green holiday season ...this year it was a severe ice storm, snow, then the deep freeze ...

the other picture is of my 78 FJ40 that I recently bought from a chap in beautiful BC ... another way to feed the addiction ...

nice FJC ... neat colour scheme ... I see you've taken the flares off ...don't see the side armour that often ... looks good ... the 35's fit nice ... sweet trailer ...

had a peak at the Bertha build thread ... I had a neighbour who had a dark blue one from new and at the time was trying to sell it ... it was a classy looking rig, blue and the faux wood ... a classic ... ya just don't see them anymore, at least here ...

No; I have a blue FJC, but I drove my green FJ40 that year:

Nice !!! No we didn't meet . I was there with a group FJ Bruisers. Any chance you came across any of the bruisers?

I don't recall, but there were a lot of trucks and folks there. I stayed at the headquarters motel, worked registration, and taught a ham radio class that year. Was tailgunner for one of the Poughkeepsie Gulch Trail runs.

I believe we had Gordon ( a retired military officer ) work registrations that year . I believe it was his fifth summit . He has a silver FJ . Maybe you might know him . Anyways I loved it out there . I'm here on the east coast. So it was interesting drive from PA . We had a blast and I can't wait until I can swing it again!

I never use to like the fj cruiser but some of these rigs are really nice and I am starting to like them.
