Enjoying some Idaho hospitality at Delta VS and came across this front axle under construction. It is a work of art. mostly constructed by hand, utilizing Reid 1-ton trunnion box castings. It will serve under the Rhino-coated, Cummins common rail B-block powered 80-series behind it.

@Delta VS are these something that youre going to have listed on the website at somepoint with different options etc??? Or is this something youll strictly offer for vehicles brought to your shop???
apparently there used to be, but it was expensive and reports say didn't work that great. tough to make that work well when the axle bushings are separated horizontally instead of vertically

it'll be on the site someday. this is just the first prototype, actively working on the setup though. idea is as close to a simple bolt-in one ton swap as you can get. 3-link kit will follow, then generic housings after that.
