I am looking to convert my JDM 1990 Prado SX from RHD to LHD looking for some parts, any places where you can find them ???

I have most parts available in Texas for a lhd conversion, finding ac parts will be challenging though

I live in Nicaragua- have a LJ79.

Maintenance culture CAN be a factor- but it isn't a huge one.
Here the locals view Land Cruisers like it's their dream vehicle, a lot maintain them very well- even spending a lot on accessories. 95% of them are diesel, 70 series come in 3B, 1PZ, 2LT, and 3L, newer 1HZ, and 1KZ.

You can still buy from Toyota new parts for your BJ40! I just bought original power window switches for my truck.
I have AC, and wait for it...even a heater!

They call them una Roca/Piedra (Rock) because they are so tough. I could go on put land cruiser or landcruiser in a encuentra24.com search for Nicaragua or costa rica and you'll see pages of em- even some on craigslist.

Everyday driving I see dozens of nice LC's it's a problem really- makes me covet.
