Leak in door jamb

[1996LC80]

In my 80 series, all of the sudden I am getting water that's coming through either the door jamb or maybe from behind the firewall somehow. Has anyone else encountered this problem? The water is puddling in my carpet, and I have to vacuum it out each time it rains.

Recent windshield replacment not done correctly.
Sunroof drain pan overflowing, leaking down one of pillars
Tear in door vapor barrier ie after work inside the door
Actually missing/deformed weatherstrip for the door(s)
