I'm 5'6, so not exactly "tall." Is there any graceful way of accessing the GX's roof and rooftop carrier? I'm finding myself having to use a painters ladder to try, but then arm span becomes an issue =D

What are your tricks to accessing the roof, safely?

What has more options later? ie primarily the roof tent and awning will be fixed to it, but if possible I’d like to have room for a propane tank, maybe an axe etc
