Lc 100 series diesel

Hi there, new here
I have a LC100 diesel 2006 model 5 speed, recently have been hearing a sort of whining/grinding sound specifically between 75-85km/hr, any ideas what it could be,

Could be anything without narrowing it down - in the cabin, from the engine, front of truck/back of truck. Check your fluids - tranny, t-case, diffs.
