late F air box

I have an air filter box for a 9/73 or later F engine. I bought it for my 8/73 engine by mistake and it's a little different - different emissions stuff, or heat riser, or something. I think it's pretty complete, with the lid, wing nut, and the big accordion hose. $40 plus shipping.

If anyone has one appropriate for my 8/73 F engine, let me know.

The repoed 40 I got back from Napier is a '73. I believe we got the airbox back. I can take pics of what it looks like if that would help. Also, the truck I sold back to Magoo is a '73. You might ask him as well.

I don't have pics except on microfiche and no good way to make those electronic. The later one that I have has the big accordion hose. I'll see what I can dig up. There isn't another online EPC like that Russian one that's gone now, is there?

Damn Brett - I just traded this one I had bead-blasted and powder coated to Mark that would work for your lv ... ping him and see what he wants for it. Sean - you're looking for one with an opening like the one on the right ... w/o the wing nut on the carb. That's what I had to track down for my '9/72 (found it on eBay)...

I made a mediocre digital photo off the microfiche machine screen. Early box on the left, even though it's labeled 6903-7501. Later box on the right. The fiche lists the dates a little differently in the part number listings, with 2/73-9/73 being the one I need, and then 9/73-1/75 being the next step and is the one I have to sell.
