it was kinda sad
walking around the yard this mornin.i was the first one there,it was almost erie seeing all the different rides, some pretty hard front end hits.there was a 40 that had ambi doors that werent that bad, they had been repaired at the bottom with sheet metal and pop rivits.60's with 1/4 panels totaly cut out.also look like a 40 had been modified into a half cab, the cab had the lift hatch on it.cab still looked good.not to sure about tubbs. i was in awe about the whole thing.

How about a complete hub to hub disc brake axle for my soon to have '67 FJ45LV? How about the fender mount lights found on the '67 FJ45? Mine's got the newer ones.
I'll also take a rear window weatherstrip for the '55 as well as rear reflectors. I can pick up in Colorado this summer.

I feel like an idiot, I live in the Denver area and had no idea this yard was here.
I really want a pair of complete FJ60 axles, could anybody tell me where this junkyard is located, hopefully I can make it there soon.

uhhhhh, i think i met the anti-christ this morn...
well, today was a rough day. i rolled over der this morn at 5:15. met up with Dave. we walked around gettn a game plan together. thank god fjsrule,devo and treeroot pulled up. they were able to spot the goodies easier. YOU 55 GUYS WOULD BEEN AMAZED! i looked for everyones stuff. lots of nice stuff for 55's. YES, top/front fenders! YES, steering columns, fully intact. YES, plenty of nice 55 hoods. YES, front turn signals. YES, tailgates. all of the above. didnt really concentrate on very much big stuff. i believe treeroot said he was working on 60 axles, but the crusher guys ran him off. i got every single Aisin hub, and birf i could find. Iggy got a desent deal on a frt end. hell, the damn thing was just layin der, along with an early model 40 hood, with the cool latches. treeroot got a bunch of old 40 stuff including a nice pto winch. he/i also scored a bunch of headlight bezels for 55's...(pm treeroot for these). i believe iggy has some 40 shifter boots, not sure. "Buckroseau", i got your 55 mirrors. those things were a bitch, believe it or not. "Jjbodean", your 62 tailgate was rusted. there mayyy have been another, ill have to chk back. "FJ60guy", your rubber seals were worn and dry rotted. "Ming89fj62", the key switch on tailgate for rear window, was there...but we didnt know/have time to take it out. "mike", your set of 1/2 doors were out there, but after we looked at em, they were pretty rusted. i saw a few 40 doors to potentially cut down for 1/2 ones, but we were in a hurry. "MikeS", you had 2 chances on your grey dashcap, but both were weatherd. "Whom ever", your 55 fenders are there, and in great shape, as far as i could tell. if you really want these bad, call me. maybe we can work sumthn out. "cruiserwanted", your best bet, is to talk to devo...i dont know how to spot a carb spring. i would bet he has all kinds of carbs, alts, etc... theres a big shed with a lot of shelving labeled cruiser stuff. i saw a bunch of that in der. no mirrors for 40's, 60's, etc... other than that, thats about it. im sure iggy or treeroot, or devo, will chime in after work. they took pics, but its really not very pretty seeing cruisers getn crushed. oh yeah, i got a couple Landcruiser/4WD emblems and 60 dash vents. i DID find myself a nice rear hatch too.
on a side note, i believe weve talked Nassir to stop crushing ANY cruisers. actually he said he would just puttem off to side for time being, but he HAD to have the lot cleaned by Friday. If yall need any body parts, ie: 55 fenders, hoods, doors, etc... If yall need any 40 doors, roll cage (treeroot said they were weak) rear tailgates, OEM 40 tire carrier, 55 stering columns, ANY 55 OEM glass, including windshields and rear quarter glass, PLEASE, PLEASE, call me. im not sure how/if i have time to get this stuff pulled, but if its worth that much to you, lemme know. remember, noone really has THAT much time to get everything accomplished, thats needed, so if yall can bear w/out some of this stuff still out der, please dont call. only stuff that is super rare, please. if someone would either help, or help me figure out a way to get some of this stuff, call me. i may have some more time this week, before the anti-christ starts crushin again. thks, sean

How much did they want for 60 axles, I need the housings, and shafts, don't need thirds or knuckles but will take them if I have to......
I would also be interested in a good set of hard doors (bottom half at least to make 1/2's, and some 55 rear springs, let me know if you need help down there, I am in Fort Collins at CSU but I may be able to make it down there, will be down on sunday for easter.....but that may be too late.
