having owned a 71 FJ40 back in the 70's I can tell you the 85MPH on the highway claim is an exaggeration. Even fairly new my 40 felt like the wheels were going to fly off if you went much over 65, never mind the wind noise from a flat windshield and minimal sound proofing.
