Well, labour day took on new meaning for me this year, thats when things got going anyways. Our second girl was born on the 2nd.

Hobbies on hold for a little bit... A few day trips but 2014 has been a year of no camping for us. Enjoying reading the trip reports you guys put up.

cheers

Congrats Martin!

(Typical guy post, no name, weight, length but a great picture!) :D

Congrats Martin!

Weekend trip up to my new farm for a little hunt? I got the deer feeder going now and they seem to come around quite often ;) My dad broke his other leg so he might be coming up here for one too.
Cheers,

Thanks guys.

Deny, thanks. My dad is heading up north this year again as well. Originally wanted to meet him there but things are still really busy around home. Not sure my wife would be good with me taking off for a week or so. Nelson to FSJ doesn't happen as a weekend trip in an old cruiser. Might take you up on stopping by the farm if I can get away around start of October though. Sorry to hear about your dad's leg, hope it wasn't another tree or similar...

Yeah my dad got dizzy on the ladder putting up siding so he jumped off and landed on his heal and busted it ;(

Yeah Martin, any time, I should be around except for Christmas, got a lot still to get ready before the snow starts flying, although it did on Sunday and Monday, but that should all melt by the end of the day tomorrow and I can keep mowing brush and old hay again with my 66 Ford ;)

I've been driving the 42 topless for the last several days.... just sayin

my 42 is topless too, but does have a bikini top with tarp wrapped on the seats, but I am going to drive it around the farm this weekend ;) My tractor is topless too and on saturday I was driving it around with no shirt on and shorts as it was hot, not sure what happend Sunday and monday, but should be back to warm fall weather shortly (I hope) ;)

Yeah, yeah, don't rub it in ;)

Hope your Dad recovers quickly!
