The Clutch of my KZJ71 is hard & after some drive, the paddle does not come back & I have to pull it with my foot toe.
Replaced Master Cylinder & Actuator. No luck.
Also removed the Spring at Clutch Paddle but same problem.
Gear shifting is OK.
Rig has done 180000 Kms.

Maybe time for a new clutch. A 180000klms is not a lot but if it has been working hard ,it could be worn out

Replaced Clutch, Clutch Cover Plate & Clutch Release Bearing.
Problem still the same

If you have replaced everything, its hard to see what could be wrong.

That sounds bizarre! Have you checked that the pedal is moving ok on it's shaft? Is the clutch fork binding up somehow?

Also check the pipe from the clutch master cylinder to the slave cylinder, make sure it isn't kinked. My LJ71 had a thing in the clutch line down under the floor that we thought might have been a pulse damper or something - it leaked so I removed it, this caused no problems, so if you do have this thing removing it may be worth a try.

Cheers
Clint
