This storage drawer dealie ain't got nothin' to do with no trailer ...
It's for the back deck of my Cruiser.
Sir I believed that's to big for you cruiser but keep me in mind if it don't fit or you don't want it.

So Daryl done delivered the drawer dealie to The Roundup and mounted it down on the back deck. 
Unfortunately ... the back deck had some elevation irregularities that caused the drawer to bind up and not work right.
So today I took the drawer dealie back off and adjusted the elevation irregularities on the back deck by beatin' the s*** out of it with a large hammer.
Bolted 'er back down ... and all is good. Right side of the drawer holds recovery gear and left side some trail essentials like first aid kit, toilet paper/shovel, and coupla MRE's.

The best part of this project was the brief time involved to actu'lly complete it.
Even with mountin' the new license plate ... it only took me 3 beers.

. heck, i'd drink milwaukee's best before coors.....ok, maybe not milwaukees best, but most anything.drawers look good
That is some mighty fine craftsmanship. Box looks like it is just the right height to still be able to reach into the top of the cooler.
As far as fitting it to the truck, I think I would have preferred to put a 1x2 under the rear end of the box. This would make the drawer a little less likely to open on it's own [more of an issue with more weight in it than shown] AND would tilt the ice chest forward, making it easier to see what you're reachin for in the cooler!
Now that I've let go of my rear seat storage in my 40, I've got to come up with a new storage option. I will add this to my list of ideas.
