I know this is way late, but that's one of the few portions of KoH I actually saw and this is not a good representation of the 1/2 spread. The guy in 1st there is actually a good 5 minutes, maybe even 10 minutes, ahead of the other guy. He arrived there, beat on it for 1-2 minutes, then spent another 5 or more winching up. Now I didn't see how good or bad the next guy did, so maybe I'm wrong because he made it up, but I'm kinda doubting that and that the 1/2 spread was likely maintained at this obstacle.
