Mine are just too far gone with missing foam. I would like to replace them with OEM and that is proving more difficult than expected.

Just buy new foam and a leather kit. Foam is available from wherever you buy your OEM Toyota parts and Leather kits are available from a lot of sources. My favorite is one of the more expensive options leatherseats.com
