Keeps burning EFI main relays (1 Viewer)

engine compartment cooling fan relay: would either of these be the relay receptacle? if yes then what is the other one for? the fuses are good

It looks like you are pulling wires out from under the dash. The pictured relay block is behind the plastic kick panel on the left side of the dead pedal.
