Keep original tires?

I have had the old set of tires stacked up in my garage since April. They appear to be the original Toyo Japanese made tires. They have a good bit of tread, but had some dry rot and splitting, although not much. They didn't ride great either.
So, should I toss them, or is there a market for these type of tires? Or even hang on to them if I decide to return to stock?

I really doubt they are the original tires, I'd toss 'em. Unsafe to use if they are even half as old as the wagon.
