Mine is still in the box. I haven't had time to install it yet but I can get some pics of the welds if you want they look good to me.

My 33 was a Ko2 BFG and my 35 is a Kenda Klever.

I believe the K02 was 58 pounds and the Kenda is 68.

Anyone recommend a rivnut tool on amazon? I checked harbor freight and they don’t have one large enough. I only need to use this one time for the install.

I can't but might be worth checking tool rental places since it's a one time use thing... Home depot might rent out one

I am an early fan.

If you ever come out on one of the trail rides with the Capitol Land Cruiser Club I'd love to check out your rig but especially the tire mount

Does anyone know if this spare tire mount is compatible with a Gobi ladder? I asked the same question in the ACC Becky thread and was told it would not, but curious if maybe this one will since they offer a 2.5", 3.5", and off center version.

Just following up on this, someone over on the GXOR FB page mounted theirs with a Gobi ladder but it required a little trimming. It obviously blocks the ladder once the tire is mounted, but I'm still interested to see if they'll release the off centered version (I think they're waiting on feedback right now and the website says sold out). Here are some pictures of the trimming required for the center mount version:

How in the world would that ladder be useful, once the tire is mounted?
My guess (since this is what I would do) is that it was more work to remove the ladder than to cut a notch in the wheel carrier. And there is no other use for the ladder, so you might as well leave it. It might just be that simple.

@BMThiker Let me know if you can survive watching this one.
I am not a "YouTube" Pro but I know I would have liked to had a video walk around done independently of the company before buying mine. If you want to know any details feel free to ask.
