Bought the prefab edges from profitsgarage and tied them on nicely I think

I think it turned out well - there’s still some rust I need to sand off but the chewed apart rusted through and through is gone now - yay

I think it looks great. I will be ecstatic if I can do as well in my first attempt at de-cancering my first rig.

Those corners take time, but they're doable...turned out nicely.

I pummeled mine out of flat steel - didn't know anyone sold patch panels, but good to see. (Granted, mine was rotted a bit further up, so probably moot.)

Looks good. I replaced the hardtop corners on one of my trucks recently, but I had to form the rolled bottom lip by hand. It was difficult. It's good to know that they are available commercially. That's a common location for rust repair.

ya all the hardtoppers find out the hard way - but i found profitsgarage to be a huge help here as they sell the pre-fab-ed corners ... sometimes they dont come clean, meaning you will have to adjust the metal a bit, but overall Im super happy with the pre-fab-ed corner that made the job soo much easier.

every hardtopper knows where the water builds up and rusts (at the corners) and those are tough to manage if you dont have a pre-fab-ed piece to put in its place. luckily i found them.
