Drove to PG, drank it up with buddy thursday. Continued on friday to Whonnock, Stayed at parents place while they are still stuck up in Dawson City broke down waiting for parts. Did wedding on Saturday, only drank around 5 beer over quite a while, then missed the turn to Maple Ridge and drove over the port mann into surry to turn around only to hit road check, but blew 0.0 to the cops suprise as it was my first breathlizer experience so I was a bit nervous and was fumbling around like a drunk. Then went wheeling with martin up to Hale then we did sunrise, nice day, but not warm enough to swim at the lake. Then headed north up Harrison lake to camp on my own at the north end and continue to PG the next morniing. Stopped in to say hi to buddy in PG and continued driving on monday to make it home, bout an hour from home at 1 in the morning cop pulled me over as I was wandering and my rear tail light was out, truck is a bit of a heat score I guess. Anyway I told him I was wandering because o f the ruts in the road (later I remember it was also because he was tailing me and his lights were bright as heck so I wanted him to pass but I didn't tell him that) and when he asked me when my last drink was I said before I passed my last breathlizer in Surrey two nights ago.:hillbilly: He told me to drive safe, and I made it home by 2 in the morning. Good trip, kinda rushed here are some pictures. Cheers,

Last Few. the end of the lake flooded the road and there were cars parked on both sides, but when I drove through, it was only like 2.5 feet deep, I guess some people are scared to drive through water?:hillbilly:

You took some, as it's kinda hard to drive and take pictures of your own truck ;) Yeah I was wondering if you were probably going to be a bit late, cause it musta been around 7 or so when we left Sunrise.

Yeah one day I wounldn't mind doing the cross province trip mostly by back road, maybe hitting up Yanks peak, Windy Ridge, maybe some kootnee area, Whipsaw and some trails down south, would be a few weeks of gravel/trail travel instead of the boring highway run where my truck can barely keep up with traffic:hillbilly:

Glad to see you and Martin got out. Are you parents still stuck up North? Hope they're on their way soon.

Good work on the breathalyzer. :hillbilly:

Yeah parents are still in Dawson city, they finally got the parts from 4 wheel auto after somehow their parts got sent to Dawson creek instead, but then the shop pulled it apart and now the axle is mashed too, so we had to send another axle from the 70 shell that Nathan gave us. I don't know what the problem is since they are retired, but I guess they are an week two up there and have seen everything and are getting bored of the town ;)

Oh yeah I slayed that test, makes me feel invincible, few more beer for me thank you!:hillbilly:
