July 20th CLC monthly meeting

What about meeting at a more socially friendly place? We've talked about how we may get better turnout. Plus, Liberty is so dang far away, from me at least;)
 
I thought we decided to move the summer meetings (June, July, August) to Bear Creek park? Maybe It was just the June meeting.

Seems to me there has always been a 50/50 split on the voting membership about moving the meetings to a restaurant or other atmosphere, I dunno, I stay out of these things lately.

I thought the Secretary had the minutes of the meetings?!?!?

I know I voted not to have it at the park...Liberty is 3 minutes away me :p
 
Are we meeting at Liberty or somewhere else? I think we really need to figure out how to get things going with turnout.
 
Chuck made a point that the bylaws state something about if you move a meeting you have to give so much advanced notice. since we failed to make a post, And with all the trouble we had with the website being down, I feel we should have this meeting month's at Liberty Toyota......and possibly move next month's with more warning.

The Treasurer is out of the country.

Only money spent was on Web site and Domain costs. $30 spent on Bear Creek pavilion cost.

$30.00 received toward member dues.

Total is not available right now.

I was planning on attending but I feel like crap. I have a low grade fever and stuffy head so I am going home to my bed.

Rui, I don't leave for the Philippines until Saturday morning.
 
I thought you were gone already...thats why you did not make the trip to buena vista. Well...have fun there...it will be nice and HOT!
 
Dang you missed it Luke, there was pizza, beer and free ARB air lockers at the meeting...what a shame!!!:bounce::bounce2:

And my luck, the guy with factory lockers I won the ARB raffle. I gave them to some bloke on the way home.
