Was wanting to buy just the brackets and buy calipers and rotors local.. I know calipers come from a mid 80's Monte Carlo and rotors chevy truck any body know what year truck rotors? Just think I can get a kit for cheaper than 500....

for fronts, get later 40/60/mini stuff. don't rush into it, watch for it. you can usually pick up an axle for $100-250, then $100 rebuild kit and $30 for caliper rebuild kit and go to town.

jto is the devil, search and you will find many unhappy customers.

You may be confusing front and rear kits...
We use the Monte Carlo front calipers for rear disc conversions. Poser is the guy who sells the good kits we buy for the rear discs.
