Back in August I ordered rear disk brackets and rotors for my 76. Card was charged, shipping # received, est delivery Sept 3.

Never showed up, UPS says they never received the order. Sent JTO an inquiry on their "customer support" board.

Never got a response. Now it is a month after the order placed. I left a new message on their board to just cancel my order and refund my charge card.

How can a company survive being like this?

Life happens. Small outfits someone gets real sick and the ball gets dropped. It happens. Good places will process the refund quickly. crappy places make you wait weeks, months or perhaps never. When I go to buy on Eboy I always ask a question first - a proper quick answer gets an order - no answer just I move along. On Amoron I make sure the item ships from them not some clown in Bumfuck Egypt.

So I ordered a heavy duty nail clipper off Amoron $6 along with a bunch of other stuff in 3 orders total. They pick and choose to combine pieces of the orders into 2 shipments while leaving out the nail clippers. I get both packages fine. I hit customer help line. tell them what's up. I ask for a refund because it has never shipped. Yea we will credit your account in less than 3 days, plus you get a $5 credit for the screw up. I get emails the clippers are delayed/lost.

Day 5 no credit and no clippers. Chat the help line again and get the same guy. He says he will credit my account in 3 hours for sure this time and when I buy something else I'll get the extra $5. Well I did get my $6 refund in less than 3 hours and $5 off when I ordered some other stuff like JIS hex bits.

So today the clippers show up in a bag that could hold a brake drum - I guess they didn't want to loose a 1/2"x3/4"x4" item again.

Joe supplements this customer service by selling hot sauce on eBay as JoeTLC. Pivoted to a new website after catching too much heat for current business practices.
