I don't. Hopefully as more folks check in this morning someone has one they can offer up.

I think it's time for Derrick to buy a parts truck...

Thanks Rob (calstyl) for the loaner. We had an awesome day of wheeling at bullfrog and cakewalk.
Also want to thank TJ for the offer. What a great community we have here on MUD!

Where on the axle shaft did the break happen, IIRC Derrick is factory locked. Any damage to the carrier or spline damage to the other axle shaft?

It was a clean break about 8" from the outside hub flange. I looked at the splines and they are very slightly twisted. I don't think there is any damage to the carrier or other axle.

Here is a picture. We used 3 batteries, a jumper cable, and some welding rod to pull out the inner part of the broken shaft.

pics for proof!

So much for "tread lightly" (3rd pic). Really, I did try to catch the oil with rags but was not that successful. :whoops:

Also wanted to point out in the first pic, (you can't see me ) but I was standing ready with a fire extinguisher (left side of pic).
