Joetlc headers?

Are they any good?
I was advised on buying a two piece header from spector but at 356+ shipping, they are pretty saltly.

Would either set cause any problems with a mini-truck PS install on my 78?

Marks off road has a set of headers that are reasonably priced if I recall correctly...Mudd member, and good guy.

The last 5 to 6 sets of JTO headers I've installed... were cut-out to much around the stud mounting area, so to make them work one has to use big flat washers & do some grinding on your intake manifold so the washers will seat in the recessed area. I bitched about that, but they say thats all we have & have a good day.. To me 2 piece headers are double trouble..

I also suggest Mark's Off Road. I bought my header from him and was really happy with the fitment and end result. Good price too. JOELTLC is JTO outfitters, and alot of people have been less than happy with the product and service.

Check Man-e-Fre's garage sale area. There's a new header there for $95...

Other's might chime in with JTOutfitters sucks too. But that's got less to do with parts (other than Pinnicle springs) then customer service.

I would suggest his header too. I believe it's the same as the Downey header, which is what I have. Mine required a little grinding, but nothing major. Really nice header, it's been almost 3 years since I have changed the gasket.

Checked out 3 headers for install next week.. all came from JTO.. they are at a all time low! very sorry quality workmanship.. All I can say... CHEAP!!
