Trucks been off road for last few months. baselined it oil, diffs, tranny, trans etc. Put the plates on yesterday took her for a ride. noticed this. Its humid and damp here in Boston. But Ive never seen this look like this before any ideas??

Yes. It's doing its job. I'll bet it was a cool day there too. Otherwise, all that goes back into the throttle body to be burned in the cylinder.
