Del, Yes we can plan on doing them then.

Have you already got the locker though ? One of them, the one in the front end already is locked. It is an Auburn Limited slip. Be easier to just give it to you the way it is set up right now from them.

Let me know.

It would be easier to just take the third with the locker. Just send me a pm on what you want for the locker. Is it possible to move the locker in my front third into the 60 rear? I Would love to do that if it is possible. IF not no worries.

Thanks Darren

Will anyone attending have a 300 ft lbs torque wrench? I want to do the front crank seal and oil pump gasket, just need to be able to reset torque on the crank nut to ~300 ft lbs. (Even a 250 ft lbs torque wrench would be fine.)

I have one... but I don't know if i'll be there yet

I'm not too sure how high mine goes but i just tighten mine on the 60 with my air gun. I do need to check it after i get more put together to make sure it is tight enough. Was just not trying to turn the motor right now as i have it on #1 tdc for some work i am doing to it.

Del. Just seen in the 40 section you are now going with the 3.73. Is this correct ? Reason i ask is because the thirds in my 60 are 4.56. The gears in the 60 i got are 3.73. Just need to know which ones you are going with so i know which ones to be taking out. Also if you are going with the 3.73 then you will still need a locker then.

yeah i want the 3.73 gear thirds.
I will be ordering an aussie locker to put in the rear. I would like to use the lock rite I currently have in the front in the new front third.

I should have my rear bumper with swing outs and the sliders by then. If I can fit all of it into the rig (and Dianne and myself) I may be in!

Very gracious of you to offer this up!

If i can end up making it to meet more of you guys, ill bring the 300 ft/lb snap on tech wrench. Its digital and also does angles if anyone is putting a head on or anything. Anymore tool requests? I have it all..

Can i start getting ideas of who plans to come and what they would like to tackle. Also what all we would like to grill / eat. Anyone planning to stay overnight. Just trying to get the wife happy with some idea of numbers.

Darin, I'm in all day Saturday, and will probably come Sunday too. If there is anything at all I can bring or anything I can help out with, say the word. As far as grub, burgers or dogs or pizza are fine and I am willing to bring food as well.

Unless I do it beforehand (which is highly unlikely due to needing the monster torque wrench), I want to do my front main and oil pump cover seal. Other than that, I'll lend a hand with whatever. O and I prefer the torque wrench method b/c I don't plan to drop the radiator to get an air gun in there.

I was planning on putting my 45 and all its parts on Ramon's trailer so we could put it together. Shouldn't take more than a couple hours, right? :grinpimp:

That's what I'm talking about...

Yes, let's get a list of food items. HAMOM rules are, if you're getting something fixed, you're providing the grub/grog....

I'm still iffy what I'm fixing, but I'm fixing something...

Would really like tro come. I will down at Benning for school. Hopefully I can make it back that weekend. Looking forward to meeting some local cruiserheads
Mike

I'm at 50% right now and might be bringing a buddy..... no help that I can think of with mine as I don't want to drive it that far anyway :p.

I'll make an update as it gets closer.

Also Darin don't worry about food. Rules are always the person who's vehicle is worked on provides food and beer. :grinpimp:

Thanks for the heads up for the food.

Remember i should have room inside for between 4 - 6 vehicles. Maybe 1 more.

engine...

Can we still put my engine, tranny, t case in? I've ordered all the parts.

Just me what kind of food to bring and I will do it, beer as well.

I'm about 50/50 to being able to make it. I don't really have anything to do on the trucks right now, but would be willing to help others. I keep meaning to do a power steering conversion on my 40, but I don't have all the parts gathered just yet.
