Found one I'm on the fence about. Doesn't look like it ever had the tie down pegs, instead has key ways. Also has smooth plated bottom instead of diamond plate.

does it still have the serial number plate?

is he asking alot?

It's been painted over, parts of tag without paint is pretty weathered and corroded. $400 is what he's asking, but I think I can get it for less.
