From them pics, No have it cleaned up and have it coated with a lanolin product like Woolwax and soak the inside of the frames and crossmembers
Looks like a northern dream and a southern pass.
Nothing that a wire brush/wheel and some phosphoric acid wouldn't take care of; tap on the rusty looking parts with a hammer. If they ring, it's OK. If they don't, or if stuff falls off, it's not.
how much are they asking?
Need to know how much they want for it and if you know of any maintenance history....
It doesn't look great but its not falling apart anytime soon., its more about how much of a bitch it will be to work on stuff.... i'd want to see the bits behind the front wheels like control arms, sway bars, and all that good stuff that likes to rot out....Price and service history will be huge factor, report back

Check the rear parking brake cables. Are they frozen or is there movement? That's always a tell tail sign.
