POR 15 makes good products, but I think replacing it will some steel would be much better, and probably not that much expensive. Something about fixing rusted floor panels with putty doesn't seem right.

yeah by what i've read it's great! i plan on using there product on my frame but i was wondering about this floor repair kit. have you tried it before or know of any one who has? i have some dime size holes that i wanted to patch. i'll post pics later tonight when i get home. thanks

i was planing on replacing with the steel. i checked pricing from ccot and it comes out to about $600 bucks .

That's a lot of dough. Personally If I wanted to be cheap I would wire wheel it down/cut out the crappy metal and epoxy/glass the bad areas from the top and bottom. I can't say I've used the POR putty however.
