Is the H Engine Sleeved?

The engine on my 1980 HJ45 troopy is starting to burn a significant amount of oil and the compression on three out of six cylinders is low so I'm contemplating rebuilding it. This is a H engine, not 2H. Does it have replaceable cylinder sleeves?
