I mean inside?

The salesperson told me that I can hose inside..but i'm not 100% sure about it
I would not hose it out with a hose. if you do that you can definitely get water between the rubber flooring and the metal floor pans.

I have blown mine out with a leaf blower LOL normally I just use a multi purpose cleaner, spray it on, and wipe it down with a wet rag.

They are definitely durable vehicles. I have WeatherTech floor mats so between them and the flooring, I don't have to worry about much.

No you can´t!!! There is e.g. ESP sensor mounted on the floorpan. And a lot of insulation material below the plastic floormat which suck water like loofah.

I think it's "water resistant" like climb into your truck immediately after getting out of the pool. That's about it.
