Introduction of "Jurassic Park"

Just a FWIW, I live at 8,000' in a place called "Snowmass", and a forward facing snorkel is not an issue. I doubt it would be in Indiana either...;)
That's just what the website said, I didn't put it that way, but I haven't moved it yet either. I had the same question but never asked the PO why he did it. Maybe it caught less branches while wheeling in the woods.

I'll flip it forward on my next tank of gas, I'm sure it will up my MPG with that ram air affect :D

Just point it 45* back and to the left so it points at the windshield. It's a high pressure air zone clear of snow, rain, rocks, etc... It looks a little odd at first, but you get used to it.

It's been unseasonably warm and wet here and basically been a bug orgy. Having it sideways kept bugs out of the air filter's tuna can.

Congrats! this is everything I would want if I had the $$!

EGR80, do you remember how much the "FOUR WHEEL DRIVE side molding from Dan for door ding protection" cost? I like the look of that.

Looks like there's room for 37s!

Jurassic Park sprung a leak this weekend, saw a couple green drops in the garage under the radiator did a quick look around and noticed a small pool at the back of the radiator and inside the fan shroud. Not leaking at the time, so I check to make sure fluid was at the correct level and started her up and backed out and then the flood began. The plastic tank at the bottom cracked, who knows why it was fine the night before.
New Toyota Brass/Copper radiator PN: 16400-66040 on the way thanks to Beno, you can't beat these guys on service.

Lee, sorry to hear that!
But you are right, Beno and his guys are awesome, they got me my axle re-build kit in 5 days!

Also, it look like the 80 is going to continue as a DD for a while yet!

Arjun,
She will live and be even more reliable going forward. Good news on the 80 continuing to be your DD. I've been relighted to driving a jeep for the week. Ultimate sacrilege.

1.5" wheel spacers and mud flaps have been added to help with the stance and finish off the back end. It just looks right with the flap on there IMO.

Have been using GPS to track mileage, 13.8-14.2 is what I get for an average. 14.5 on the last tank

That's pretty good for such a beastly rig. How's the old girl doing?
