Hello fellow Landcruiser owners and fans!
My name is Daniel and i am living in Switzerland. I have been a BIG fan of the LC 200 since it came out, bought my first one in 2015 and had to sell it. It was my favorite car and the only car i bought brand new. I was looking for the 300 series but its almost impossible to import and register in Switzerland so i gave up on the idea and got a well maintained LC 200 similar to the one i had back in 2015(sadly a 5 seater this time with no opening on the roof). I am happy with the car it runs nice but i just noticed that the software has not been updated.
Do any of you know how i can get the firmware updated and maybe the maps for the satnav?
I have already tried searching the Toyota site but the model of Landcruiser is not available and the earliest year of registration/manufacture is 2016. Entering the VIN also does not help. I have tried to connect it online but i had no success with Bluetooth. I guess the only way would be via USB but i just need to find the right software.
Best regards,
Daniel
